5. Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at service@naspev.com within 3 business days of the delivery date. We will assist in investigating the issue with the courier.
For packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we will notify you via email. You may choose to have the order reshipped (additional shipping fees apply) or request a refund (minus original shipping costs).
