We currently ship to the following countries/regions with the following flat-rate shipping fees:

- Standard Shipping: C\(12.99 (free for orders over C\)150)
- Express Shipping: C$32.99
- Standard Shipping: A\(10.99 (free for orders over A\)120)

- Standard Shipping: ¥1,200 (free for orders over ¥15,000)
- European Union (Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Spain)
- Standard Shipping: €7.99 (free for orders over €90)

2. Delivery Timelines
Once your order is processed (usually within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation), delivery times are as follows:

3. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Use this number to track your package via our website’s “Track Order” page or the courier’s tracking portal.
4. Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in Naspev’s shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for estimated costs before placing your order.
5. Undelivered Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at
service@naspev.com within 3 business days of the delivery date. We will assist in investigating the issue with the courier.
For packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we will notify you via email. You may choose to have the order reshipped (additional shipping fees apply) or request a refund (minus original shipping costs).
