1. Refund Eligibility
- Unused and Unopened Items: You can request a refund for items that are returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition, with all tags and packaging intact within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Exceptions: Final sale items, which are clearly marked as such on the product page, are not eligible for refunds.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us First: Reach out to our customer support team at service@naspev.com. Please include your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant photos if applicable.
- Return Shipping: Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (for domestic orders within [specific region if applicable]). For international orders, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
- Processing Time: After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 5 - 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchange Option: We offer an exchange service for items that are in their original, unused, and unopened condition, with all tags and packaging intact, within 14 days of receipt.
- How to Exchange: Contact our customer support at service@naspev.com. Let us know your order number, the item you want to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. We will guide you through the process, which may involve returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired replacement. In some cases, if the new item is in stock and the exchange is straightforward, we may be able to arrange a direct swap. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges may apply, especially for international orders.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- Report Immediately: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at service@naspev.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Provide clear photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number.
- Inspection and Resolution: We will review the information provided and may request additional details. If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will either:
- Send you a replacement item at no additional cost if the product is in stock.
- Provide a full refund if a replacement is not available or if you prefer a refund over a replacement.
- In some cases, we may arrange for a repair if applicable.
